Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- All 3D printed items
Due to the personalized nature of our Services (i.e. the 3D Print is manufactured by us based on your order and we print it for you on demand), you cannot cancel your order once it is placed. - Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns and send your item to: Glacis, Browns Spring, Berkhamsted,Hertfordshire,HP4 2SQ.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Glacis, Browns Spring, Berkhamsted,Hertfordshire,HP4 2SQ.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Warranty
BritForge 3D warrants only that the model manufactured by us will substantially meet the features of the indicated 3D model within the limitations of the 3D printing technology. BritForge 3D does not give any warranty about the models and does not guarantee that the model will be fit for any particular purposes. Please inspect the model upon receipt immediately. If the model is faulty when you received it and you believe you are entitled to a replacement in accordance with the warranty above, please contact us by sending email to sales@britforge3d.co.uk within 10 days after receipt of the model. Such warranty claim can be made only within 10 days after receipt of the model by you. Do not return the model unless we require you to do so. We will confirm whether you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Transportation costs in respect of a faulty product will be borne by us.
THE MODELS SHOULD NOT COME IN CONTACT WITH ELECTRICITY OR FOOD OR LIQUIDS AND SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM HEAT.
Intellectual Property Rights of 3D Designs
You, as a designer, retain all your intellectual property rights in your 3D design, including without limitation any and derivative works like 3D renders. Except for the rights and licenses specified below, BritForge 3D shall not use, modify or display your 3D design or derivatives thereof. By uploading your 3D design, you warrant that it is your original creation and not copied from any third party and/or entity. You warrant that your User Generated Content will not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. Should your User Generated Content nevertheless be found to be infringing and/or in violation of any law, you will defend BritForge 3D against third party claims, and be held liable for all (direct and indirect) damages and costs incurred by BritForge 3D with respect to such claims.
